Swim Lessons for basic learn to swim. Starting as Young as 3, and No Experience swimming needed. Offered 2/wk (Mon/Wed, Tues/Thurs) in group setting no larger than 5, or in private 1 on 1 setting to be set with instructor.
Swim Team is the progression from the Swim lessons to a team setting. These start with Prep Groups 2 days/wk (Mon/Wed, Tues/Thurs). As they progress to the next level the number of practices and length of practice increases.
KMSC works with swimmers from the beginning levels all the way up to the Sectional/National levels
