ARTRAGEOUS is locally owned and operated by Gwen Mesikep, a visual artist with a passion for creating colorful mosaics and vintage McDonaldland play equipment restoration. Opening ARTRAGEOUS, a community arts center is a dream fulfilled. Sarah Carnes, local artist and certified visual art educator leads the ARTRAGEOUS curriculum, bringing over 30 years of pre-K through 12th grade classroom experience. Ms. Sarah has taught numerous hands-on workshops across Oklahoma, including Balinese silk scarf, Zentangle, jewelry design, watercolor, ceramics, glassworks, printmaking, mixed-media, and many more. Bringing over 20 years of classroom experience to the team, Miss Brittany Paige specializes in teaching realism and surrealism — drawing and painting in acrylic and oil. She has a passion for bringing a sense of freedom of expression to creators of all ages.
