Because of what goes on inside CrossFit Iron Wolf we get to all live better, safer, and fuller lives. We can pick up our grandbabies without fear of hurting our backs and have no problem loading those cases of water and bags of dog food when we go to the store with our kiddos. The most impactful thing everyone finds when they walk through our gym doors is a community, ready to work and remind each other every day we aren’t on this journey alone. Our CrossFit Classes are Coach led Group classes with an emphasis on movement! Safe, effective, and functional movement. Each class lasts roughly 1 hour. New to CrossFit, fitness in general, or a seasoned gym rat, we welcome everyone and strive to sharpen you to be the best version of yourself physically and mentally.
