ICAP

ICAP is an Individual Career Academic Plan. The term ICAP refers to both a process that helps students engage in academic and career development activities and a product that is maintained for students’ academic, career, and personal advancement. It allows students, along with the people that know them best, like teachers, counselors, families, and their learning coaches, to understand their own interests, strengths, values, and learning styles, create a customized vision for their future, and develop individual goals.
