Online ordering for EPIC Charter Schools Class of 2022 is now available. Note: Learning Funds MAY NOT be used to purchase graduation items.

Caps and Gowns are ROYAL BLUE, with a YELLOW/GOLD STOLE and a BLUE & YELLOW Tassel.

Order Your Cap & Gown

Two Ordering Options:

• SHIP TO HOME – Total Cost: $49.90 + tax (this includes shipping/handling cost)
  • Orders will begin to ship in early 2022
  • Orders should ship within 10-14* days of being placed
  • The last day to order is Wednesday, April 21* for ship-to-home orders to arrive by Friday, May 21.
• CEREMONY PICKUP – Total Cost: $36.95 + Tax
  • Representatives from Herff-Jones will be on-site at each of the EPIC ceremonies to distribute orders
  • Extras will be available on-site for those who want to purchase the day of the event.

*NOTE orders should ship within 10-14 days for standard sizes, however, special/custom sizes may take longer. The typical turnaround for custom sizes is within 21 days.

Reminders:

• Once the shipment arrives at your home, make sure all items (including your tassel) are in the shipment.
• EPIC Charter Schools is not responsible for lost or late arriving orders.
• Take the proper steps to have your garment steamed so it looks nice!

Native American Student Graduation Resources

Some Native American tribes offer special opportunities to their graduating members like stoles or even assistance in purchasing graduation regalia. EPIC’s Multicultural Programs team has been reaching out to Oklahoma tribes to see what assistance and opportunities they offer for their high school graduates.
