Bart Banfield, Assistant Superintendent at Epic Charter School, appeared on Oklahoma’s News 9 to speak about the threat many students face in today’s schools. A recent survey conducted by the Oklahoma Office of Educational Quality and Accountability shows that approximately 32% of Epic families chose our school for safety reasons.

Clayton’s story is one that is becoming increasingly familiar in our schools. Endless taunting, hazing, emotional and physical abuse are commonplace for many of our youth today. Sadly, for some, this leads to crippling anxiety, depression, and sometimes worse. See more of Clayton’s story here.
